Tajana Holmes
Tajana is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over a decade of professional practice in Tasmania. She has developed extensive expertise in the Workers Compensation sector, serving as both a Workplace Rehabilitation Provider and an Injury Management Coordinator. Her work spans the management of both physical and psychological injuries, with a particular focus on injury recovery and prevention.
Tajana has a strong professional interest in managing musculoskeletal injuries and implementing effective injury prevention strategies. She is also highly skilled in ergonomics and conducting a range of occupational therapy assessments, contributing to healthier and safer workplaces.
Tajana has also completed postgraduate studies in Ergonomics, Safety, and Health.
In 2015, she was awarded a WorkSafe Tasmania scholarship, through which she successfully attained a Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management (RTW), further enhancing her expertise in the field.
Tajana opened her private practice in 2020 and feels privileged to collaborate with a team of passionate and experienced professionals who share her commitment to quality care.

Brodie Clark
Brodie brings an abundance of clinical knowledge to AWS, having completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science as well as Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Professional Honours).
She brings extensive experience in managing both physical and psychological injuries, working across compensable and non-compensable sectors.
Brodie has a particular interest in chronic disease management, injury prevention, and the musculoskeletal system.
Brodie has completed her Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management (RTW), further solidifying her expertise as not only a Workplace Rehabilitation Provider, but also an Injury Management Coordinator. Brodie has also undertaken specialised training in Functional Capacity Evaluations and Mental Health First Aid.
Brodie is also highly regarded with medical specialists in Northern-Tasmania, and regularly leveraging her skills and knowledge to assist in conducting physical examinations for Independent Medical Reviews.

Jackson Leonard
Jackson is a highly experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor and Workplace Rehabilitation Provider, with over a decade of expertise in Tasmania.
He specialises in managing complex psychological claims, including navigating industrial relation matters. Jackson prides himself in his comprehensive and holistic clinical knowledge and skillset, and this expertise has resulted in his highly esteemed reputation within the Tasmanian Workplace Rehabilitation sector.
Jackson has a special interest in addressing trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and chronic pain conditions. He also has a wide range of experience with physical injuries.
In addition to his tertiary qualifications and extensive experience, Jackson also holds an additional certificate in Workplace Health and Safety. He is widely recognised for his ability to effectively manage physical injuries while employing a person-centred approach that emphasises active client engagement and collaboration throughout the rehabilitation process.
Jackson’s dedication to holistic well-being and his proven track record of success underscore his commitment to achieving positive outcomes for individuals and external stakeholders alike.

SaMANTHA Bowman
Samantha (Sam) brings extensive experience to her role as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, with a strong background in mental health and vocational rehabilitation. On top of her experience in workplace rehabilitation, Sam brings a decade of highly respected clinical knowledge and experience from her prior work as a principal counsellor and unit coordinator at a local mental health clinic, during which time she supported individuals with complex psychological conditions and led multidisciplinary care planning.
Her clinical expertise, paired with her calm and compassionate approach, allows her to support workers navigating a broad range of physical and psychological injuries. Sam's work is grounded in evidence-based practice, and she is particularly skilled in guiding individuals through meaningful return-to-work planning following mental health-related injury or illness.
Sam is also a NMAS Accredited Mediator, which enables her to bring a valuable skill set to her role, facilitating open and constructive communication between workers, employers and providers. Her ability to manage sensitive discussions and build trust ensures a collaborative and supportive approach to rehabilitation.
Samantha’s depth of experience and commitment to client outcomes make her a respected and highly effective member of the AWS team.
